God said He would give us the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches of secret places. Sometimes it is very difficult for us to keep our faith when we are going through dark passages and dark places. We like to stay in the light where we can see the reason for what is happening. We want to live in a positive realm. Yet the Psalmist said that sometimes our walk would take us through the valley of the shadow of death, and that God would be there. There are treasures to be found even in dark places if you have eyes to see and ears to hear.
